What to expect during a root canal procedure
During a root canal procedure, our first priority is ensuring your complete comfort. We’ll explain everything along the way and ensure that you’re numb and relaxed. Our endodontist will remove the infected or damaged dental pulp from the tooth, clean and shape the root canals, and fill them with a special material to prevent further infection.
Most root canals can be completed in a single visit, but we’ll let you know if a return appointment is necessary. Finally, we’ll restore the shape and strength of your tooth with a beautiful, custom-made dental crown.
